Review of Speed 2: Cruise Control (1997) by Ryan D — 21 Jun 2008
A sequel to a perfectly par movie without its leading man, replaced by Jason Patric. Ouch. Luckily, you get Willem Dafoe and the fright of someone hijacking a cruise ship. I don't know about you, but a bus hijacking seems a little scarier and a bit more urgent.
I don't have nightmares about any cruise ships running into the piers near my home. Although I will say that the image of Willem Dafoe sticking leeches on himself has stuck with me since I unfortunately saw this.
Avoid.
