Review of Speed 2: Cruise Control (1997) by Allan C — 14 Jun 2012
Not that the original was brilliant, but this sequel was a significant drop in quality. Jason Patrick is actually an improvement over Keanu, but this screenplay is abysmal when compared to the snappily written Joss Whedon original film script (for which his name was removed through arbitration).
Sandra Bullock's charm significantly drops when she has nothing funny to say. Best part of the film was Tim Conway's cameo at the start.
