Speed 2 sees Jason Patric who was the main character in lost boys which I only found out 10 years later as the main police officer who is seeing Sandra Bullock although she doesn't know he's a cop.
This time the adventure takes place on a cruise liner what's on it's way to the caribbean. Soon the developer of the boats system hacks into it which causes major problems for everyone on board.
