Review of Speed (1994) by Julia W — 21 Mar 2011
The plot twists more than a tornado. Great set-pieces in the elevator, bus (of course), and train. Dennis Hopper was just plain crazy as the main villain, and Keanu Reeves' character Jack showed some real character development.
Lots of great little foreshadowings and Chekhov's guns. All around, a great 90s action flick that really kickstarted Keanu and Sandra Bullock's careers.
