One of the most clever action films of the 90s, Speed is a thrilling, high-octane action cinema that is engaging right from the beginning & remains a tense experience throughout its runtime. The pacing is fierce, the direction is impressive, the screenplay & editing is tight & the performances by Keanu Reeves & Sandra Bullock makes Speed a smooth ride of superb filmmaking with few bumps along the road.
One of the best chase films of its or any other time with far many memorable sequences than any typical film, Speed is an intelligent & highly entertaining cinematic ride that lives up to its name.
