Keanu Reeves plays a cop who has to disarm a bomb on a bus & if the bus slows down to 50mph then the bomb will explode killin everyone on the bus.... can he disarm the bomb & then go on to catch the villain played by Dennis Hopper!? I've seen worse films than this.
