Review of Speed (1994) by Bernie M — 12 Feb 2015
Turn off your brain, grab some popcorn and have fun. A lot of bad dialogue, bad acting and dumb plot, but it's made up for in action and thrills. Some crazy stuff happens in this really 90s looking action blockbuster.
The idea is cool, but is ultimately kind of silly. Still this one is fun and has a good ending with Hopper playing a decent bad guy. The movie looks great, and of course has a non-stop, super fast pace that gets going from the first few minutes of the film.
A must-watch for action fans.
