I am giving this a 9 because of reasons.
1. I think as a Bond movie It did some interesting things and managed to keep things suspenseful.
2. The characters, while underdone were very interesting.
3. It tied the movies together.

4. It gave a good current world message.
5. I left the theater thinking about watching it again.
Everything else has already been said in much greater detail by other people, this is just my opinion.
