Not "Casino Royale" but definitely better than "Quantum." Old school Bond fans will appreciate this origin of Spectre and Waltz' character. Oh and yeah, casting Christoph Waltz to add to the legacy of spectacular Bond villains was genius.
He was incredible as always.
