Awesome stuff, all american astronaut gets infected with an alien and goes (bonk)ers quite literally. I rated this higher because at the end there is a general tailing the bad guy in a helicopter, his pilot asks him if he wants to get into the action, he replies "no, i'm going to crash this party at just the right time.
.." He does not reappear in the film.
