Review of Species (1995) by Chris T — 03 May 2010
Although this film has a great cast it's certainly not amongst thier best work. It's an interesting idea, we are sent DNA sequence from outer space and think ho-hum why not combine it with ours see what happens? Theres some great special effects for when it came out.
The alien is brilliant, both in the beautiful human form of Natasha Henstridge and the alien form designed by Giger. I'm not quite sure how this film could have been made better, but it did lack something.
