I'm still not entirely sure if he didn't have special powers. cuz he does some things like teleporting and the people act like they are completely surprised, and the whole mind reading thing sorta works out for him too.
But he is no shadowcat cuz he totally gets a nose bleed from that one. It is pretty funny if nothing else.
