Low budget, smartly written, with stand out performances from actors committed to their roles, this is an awesome indie film with a premise that sets up what should be a satirical take on modern society, pharma, and big business.
Instead it takes us on a funny, sad, poignant ride that shows the resiliency of the human spirit and the deeply ingrained desire to matter even in the face of a crowded, anonymous, and largely indifferent world.
