Review of Spawn (1997) by Sean B — 23 Aug 2009
This movie I tried watching over and over and had to see it in parts because I could not get through it. Spawn is a great character and the visual effects and makeup for the movie are great, but the movie is just dull.
There is too many scenes of Spawn just walking through alleys burned for too long in the film. The movie becomes boring and has way too little action scenes for such a dark chracter as Spawn. The movie fails in explaing its plot well and due to these factors it fails.
The movie is barely watchable and I would not even recommend it to someone who is a Spawn fan, because I saw it being a Spawn fan and did not like it.
