Review of Spanglish (2004) by Jedi C — 03 Jul 2012
Adam Sandler's performance as John Clasky is as serious and humorous as he was in Punch-Drunk Love but this time, he's also being a careful guy for accepting social differences of living with immigrants.
John and Deborah Clasky, Flor and Cristina, and Bernice socially meet each other and try to be friends, but some racism and family differences interrupt and start a conflict, Flor struggles with the conflict not knowing English, but they all use their smart brains to overcome the conflict and accept each other's social differences.
