Review of Spanglish (2004) by Jane G — 18 Aug 2011
A narratively confusing mess. Sandler-Leoni-Leachman can't quite let go of their star power, even though they are just the bit players in the coming to America story of a Mexican woman and her daughter.
And once they Mexican woman and her daughter learn their lesson (I suppose its that Gringos are crazy) they leave and there is no real resolution to the Sandler-Leoni-Leachman family problems.
