Spaceballs is extremely boring for the most part, it drags out too long, there isn't any memorable music, there is no energy, and most of the gags are really stupid. Being stupid doesn't make something funny, there should really be a joke attached to something stupid; like having Yoda be called Yogurt, and having Chewbacca be named Barf is just trying to make people laugh based on how ridiculous it is rather than it actually being funny.
Despite that, the movie being extremely boring is my main issue with it. Give it a watch on if you are either a huge fan of Star Wars, or you can forgive the film for being very hit or miss with its gags.
