Everyone needs to see this film, not least for the Jive talking and the 70s pimp fashion and bizarre space outfits and intergactic jazz, and Sun-ra's ridiculously unflappable deadpan acting. That's just it - he's not acting.
He actually believes that he can fly through space on his cosmic vibes, and so do you by the end of the film!
