I can't explain it, but this was actually pretty entertaining. It's meant to be hokey and it doesn't take itself too seriously. And really, I think it had the perfect cast. Anybody else and it would have sucked completely. In this case, the old guys are just amusing to watch.
I was also impressed with that the "Canadarm" made it into the movie!
