This Movie falls into the same problem other animated movies like a Shark's tale do. The main character should not be the one making the jokes he should be serious and likeable which Ham III is not.
He comes off as obnixous. The humor should be covered by a zany sidekick that is what they are for. Also the villian shouldn't come off as stupid and funny that is the minions job. The villian should come off as an evil vile person.
