Review of Soylent Green (1973) by Greg G — 18 May 2009
This movie has more relevance today then ever. It shows what we could become with our greenhouse system gone mad and everything on this earth besides Humans dead. Even though the production is tainted by the times of the 70s, with bad hair and furniture styling.
It is still a entertaining even though we all know the famous last lines of Heston, maybe even more so since we know the horrible truth at the end of the film. This is one future I hope does not come true, though it is looking more like reality everyday.
