Review of Soylent Green (1973) by Rodney T — 29 Jan 2012
Prescient, sure. Our victim whose murder sends our hero (sic) out to go uncover the horrible truth could be some lackey working for Monsanto RIGHT NOW. So, despite Heston's reprise of his POTA roles and general horribleness, I can poke this movie up a notch to a C+.
Perhaps I should give it a bit more credit as by 2022 we probably will have the sort of inequality represented in this dystopic film. If we don't already.
