Review of Soylent Green (1973) by Alan J — 11 Oct 2008

I thought the premise was good, and still is, but the delivery was all wrong. The fight scenes were more cheesy than dramatic and there was no imagination to what people would dress like, etc in the future - everything was very dated to the 70's.

I was laughing a lot when I shouldn't have because a lot of it was pretty ridiculous, including the ending. All in all, it was a substandard film.
