I'm normally not a very big fan of this type of date movie, but I was captivated by the interplay between the two characters and the historical, cultural, social, and political context surrounding their day together.

The film was well set and I appreciated the intense focus on the two main characters without the need for many other characters to distract from that focus. I thought Parker's depiction of Barack Obama was convincing because of his ability to accurately capture the president's mannerisms.
