Way more depressing than I can handle. To watch something as tragic as this is not entertaining at all. If you have a wife and a daughter Southpaw is not recommended unless you want to sit on a couch of sadness for two hours.
The acting and boxing action are excellent and that is what saves this movie from the great movie viewer depression.
