Review of Southpaw (2015) by Kyle M — 20 Jul 2017
Clearly influenced by while mixing in plot points from the champs of boxing flicks "Raging Bull" and the "Rocky" films, but this film went with its own territorial spin by emotional impacts, mainly from Gyllenhaal's strong, duplicative performance. So therefore, even though it's incomplete without thorough resolution and went immoral for a bit, it's a really good boxing flick to join the aforementioned leagues from behind. (B+).
