Review of Southland Tales (2007) by Jonathan H — 17 Aug 2009

This one was all hyped and that because of donny darko who directed this and the film in the millenium. and this was the next one and everyone loved that other film by donnie darko, so he thought he was a GREAT DIRECTOR who could pull anything out of the bag.

But it was too mixed up with this ans that happening all over and then n sync was in it and then halfway through they put in that old elton john video he did, whihc was a bit confusing and the rock was in it whos one of the best action actors, but he was psychic and that and aw the end of the world an he was with mandy moore and buffy who was his mistress, but only in the film, I think hes married in real life - not to mandy moore.

So the film jumed around and it was about the apocalypse and really confusing and that. yo could tell that donnie darko had a big idea and that it didnt really work, but alrite id say.

I'd probably watch the sequel if it was a bit more sensible and someone sorted ut donnie darko from having a big head from before.
