Review of Southland Tales (2007) by Paul C — 01 May 2012
Visually this movie was great to watch. It had a HUGE cast also. But story wise, it went from interesting to confusing to cheesy. The cast in the most part was ok, but strange. They took many actors and actresses who mostly do comedy and put them in serious roles.
So it was really hard to take them seriously. Then the length of the movie was no good. It was too long. It just rambled on. It was all about religion and crazy politics while the world was ending. That is probably why it was so long.
