Review of South Park: Bigger, Longer & Uncut (1999) by Kevin L — 01 Jan 2012
This had the potential to be a soulless cash-in, but instead turned out to be not only worthy of the show, but a brilliant stand-alone comedy, combining the show's smart writing with a parody musical soundtrack that nearly exceeds the soundtracks it's poking fun at.
The result has the exuberance of a Disney or Broadway musical with the irreverence of South Park, which turns out to be a surprisingly entertaining combination.
