Review of South Park: Bigger, Longer & Uncut (1999) by Tim W — 04 Mar 2013
This is a difficult movie to review. One because South Park is like marmite, you either love the humour or hate it with a passion, with the movie however it's a bit of both for me. On one hand some humour is controversial for controversy sake.
Whereas it also has a handful of quirky humour, however in my opinion the two don't balance each other out. This isn't an amazing comedy by any stretch of the imagination, however if you're not into crude and outrageous humour that pokes fun at every religion and race under the sun this isn't the movie for you.
The movie did surprise me though, how it is structured and the amount of musical numbers that are in this movie is a shock, even to the most passionate South Park fans.
