Wow. What a movie. Rating:>9000.

This film reminds me of a movie I had to watch. Oh I remember now, I think it might have been in 11th grade, english honors, probably the best class I ever had... we did something like a study on this genre.

Whether or not the director was aiming at emphasizing the possibilities of technology in the future, this movie definitely sells. In 2011, the Source Code pulled in a whopping $54,712,227 in the domestic box office, and nearly $150 million worldwide. If it were to play again in theaters, this would definitely be a movie that thrived in the box office.

As for recommendations? If I had to recommend this movie to, let's say, to my old 11th grade english honors class doing a genre study project, I would definitely say that this is a movie to see for anyone who likes watching action packed and suspenseful sci-fi movies. The plot is juicy and moves quickly, which makes the film easy to watch. Not too mention that Jake Gyllenhaal isn't too bad to stare at for an hour and a half.

And even though there aren't many typical sci-fi elements, like lasers, spaceships, or aliens, the film perfectly demonstrates the characteristics of sci-fi because it makes you think about the possible effects of advancing technology on society and its moral repercussions.

Overall, if I were to give this movie an honest review, I would say the movie deserves an A for Aichele! I mean, an A for its creative and exciting plot.
