A music hating cop must stop a band of musical terrorists, whose improvised instrument concerts are terrorizing the city.
Although rich in premise, the movie isn't very thrilling or exciting. The musical set pieces are like heists, and is the best part. It really doesn't go anywhere and its original, but not very memorable.
