What an amazing true story and shot on the beautiful coast of Kauai! Despite the cheesy lines and sometimes acting, 'Soul Surfer' is sure to be a family favorite and inspiring story of a girl who wouldn't give up.
I loved Dennis Quaid's performance as the fix-it father and Helen Hunt as the nurturing mother. Go see 'Soul Surfer' if you are looking for a pick me up film!
