Oh my god.
Not only did the plot make an overwhelming amount of sense... I was scared shitless! Plus, I was completely hooked and didn't lose interest for even a second. This is one of the best murder mysteries out there. Hell, I'd be willing to consider it more suspenseful than some of Hitchcock's stuff. I found out later that even Hitchcock was pretty impressed. Just be sure to not watch it alone in the dark. It enhances the mood but comes at the price of some awful nightmares.
