As fresh and inventive and real as if it actually happened, and as thought-provoking as They Live or Repo Man. More honest about racial issues than I think I have ever seen in film, period. Do your friends a favor: Don't spoil the sci-fi twist for your friends if you have seen it already-- but make them see it and see it again!
Damn fine piece of cinema.
