Review of Sorority Row (2009) by Cancelled U — 31 Mar 2010
My love for slasher movies is kinda bias, and this movie get a better rate cause of that. Story about prank goes wrong with the sorority sisters, haunt them back on the last day of their campus life. Average story line, minimal thrill, not too much gore, blood spare, and this takes me by surprise? No sex scene?! lol.
They try to make the movie out of the cliche, like sarcastic humor in the middle of the chase, no girls shouting and screaming like helpless kid, except Rumer Willis. Great cast too; Jamie Chung is definitely an eye candy, Briana Evigan and of course the sassy, Leah Pipes all give a good performance.
The ending sucks though, the killer was not who I have in mind.
