By the numbers slasher with one of the most lazily random killers of all time wearing a drab black robe reminiscent of Hot Fuzz and wielding a personalised tire iron of doom. I didn't guess who the killer was, which is usually a plus, but this time it was so boring and ill-conceived I didn't care.
