Review of Sophie's Choice (1982) by Tara O — 16 Sep 2008
Meryl streep acts the hell out of this movie, I have to say. anyway, this is precisely the kind of "powerful drama" oscar flick I usually can't stand... and I was completely entertained the entire time.
sophie's tragedies, beautifully narrated little stories are just so sad. but you feel for her because she's so far from perfect.
