Review of Sophie Scholl: The Final Days (2005) by Alexandra L — 02 Jul 2007
It takes a deeply intriguing plot and solid acting to allow a film to move so slowly and yet keep the audience riveted. This film is a timely reminder that most of the Nazis' early victims were political dissidents (read-German).
I have often wondered if I would have had the same courage as this young woman did, to speak out against tyranny and oppression.
