Review of Sophie Scholl: The Final Days (2005) by Arthur T — 04 Nov 2008
A simple story, chronicles the arrest, interrogation, trial and execution of Sophie Scholl, a member of the White Rose, a group of students spreading statements against Hitler. The story is remarkable, and the depiction of her courage in the face of events is subtle and inspiring.
I would consider this to be a film well worth seeing.
