Review of Sophie Scholl: The Final Days (2005) by Irvan P — 07 Nov 2009
One year after "Der untergang"'s release, the "same" german cinema ,without prejudice, contrasts the antipode! These two movies, succeeds in giving to audience a thorough-going vision of the WWII's political, "de facto" situation within the boundaries of the german dominion! .
..Dictatorship, disfranchising civilians and no mercy!...The way those three white rose's members were confronted with the guillotine ,was just phenomenal! The last cigarette (with no melodramatic feats) became one of the most memorable movie-scenes to me!Sophie Scholl is a symbol remaining vivid nowadays!!!
