Review of Sonic the Hedgehog: The Movie (1996) by Jake E — 06 May 2010

Sonic the hedgehog not true to the sieries but it was awsome. The charecters were well devoloped a no one was useless all played a role. Originally devoloped as a two episode piolt for a japenese anime sieries in 1996 Sonic the Hedgehog was dubbed and released as a straight to VHS in america as a one hour film in 1999.

The film was popular enogh to be rereleased as a special edition DVD with commentary and charecter profiles. The plot was entierly original and made sense with the canon sonic sieries at the time. All and all a must see for anyone sonic fan or not.
