Review of Sonic the Hedgehog 2 (2022) by Dracoshi — 11 Apr 2022

For me, this was the best video game movie I've ever seen. As a Sonic fan, it was an absolute joy watching Sonic, Tails and Knuckles on the big screen together. The plot was an awesome take on elements from the video games, the comedy was great, the set-pieces were brilliant, and the acting (including voice acting) was top tier.

I loved that it felt more like the Sonic game series than the first one did. I love Sonic 1, but this sequel was an improvement in every single way. The ending was incredibly climactic and full of heart too.
