An example of how to do a Video Game adaptation right. The only issues I have are to do with pacing and a slight overuse of goofy jokes everywhere.

If scenes could be longer and have room to breathe before moving on and the tone was turned up ~10% more serious and didn't use already outdated references, this movie would be a 10/10.

But there's a huge amount of respect for the lore that comes through and is extremely appreciated. Especially in times where other adaptations seemingly just want to throw out established lore for a "Hollywood can do it better" take.

Can't wait to buy the blu ray to go over all the details.
