Something about Takeshi's Zen-like treatment of film violence, the Yakuza genre, AND suicide makes for some ironically/subversively relaxing, meditative viewing--especially for those who spend way too much time watching A.
D.D-inflicted, Hollywood action drivel, this side of the Bourne series!
