Review of Son of the Mask (2005) by Clayton R — 28 Apr 2012
Jamie Kennedy fails to live up any of the goofiness Jim Carey used that made the first funny, not to mention the script crammed to the brink with punch lines and stupidity jokes. Not even production design can be credited, with sets that belong in soft-play areas, childish CGI, strikingly bad makeup and severely overdone camera operation.
Also way too fast, this is cold, dumb and literally unbearable.
