I loved this movie, Jamie Kennedy is great. This is a fantastic movie for kids. The only reason I can imagine it is being rated so low, is that it's a sequel to Jim Carrey's The Mask, and if you were looking for that move - this isn't it.
But, as a way of enjoying the comedy stylings of Jamie Kennedy, and good family fun - this movie is actually good and worth watching.
