A well-made docudrama debut. The camera is always caught in the middle of the action as Sonderkommando work and try to plot to stay alive. When a teenage boy survives the poison gas, Saul is inspired to search for a way to honor this boy.
In his distracted mission, he nearly dooms his Kommando unit and several others.
