Review of Son of Saul (2015) by José C — 12 Apr 2016
In a context so explored as World War II, "Son Of Saul" has the virtue of finding place for a deep history in the concentration camps with originality, from an unusual POV, always over the shoulder of its protagonist, amid the tension by its position, the moral pressure to bury his bastard child according to his religion and his inclusion within an escape plan between rebels and victims.
