Review of Son of Rambow (2007) by Sierra H — 25 Jan 2009

Pretty cool flick about a couple of outcast kids who befriend one another and make a take on the first Rambo movie (First Blood). It's really a very simplistic movie, but it doesn't really need to be anything fancy to express the points (friendship, family & overall being different) it goes over.

The stuff with the french kid was pretty funny too (loved the bit on the bus at the end where you realize that he's not really popular where he's from, just another bored weird kid).
